Hi, my name is Harlow. I'm a 2020 mare. I'm a Thoroughbred born and raised for the racetrack. I sure had other life plans... I got started under saddle as a 2-year-old and trained at the racetrack. They taught me about the shoot. This is the starting place of every race. Extremely scary! I would often go into a freeze response and shut down, not knowing what to do, being so, so scared. Luckily, they gave up on me sooner than planned as I had no desire to race. A second home with a nice lady didn't work out, as she seemed too scared of me despite my efforts. At my third home, I instantly felt the love and knew I would forever be safe. My new owner is loud and very playful; I enjoy her energy, and with time she started to see the true me. I'm very gentle, sweet, and patient. I'm very mature for my age. Beginners and kids have ridden me, and I know exactly how to take care of them at all times. in 2026, Floriane offered my mom a job to be part of her program, and I adore my job! I'm excited to meet you and teach you about everything equine-related!
